How is pricing structured?
Engagements have two parts: a one-time build (discovery, conversation design, engineering, integrations, testing, launch) scoped as a fixed price, and a monthly plan covering hosting, model usage, monitoring and continuous improvement. You always see both numbers before committing.
Why don't you publish fixed prices?
Because identical-sounding projects differ widely: a chatbot answering FAQs from ten pages of content is a different build from one integrated with live order data across three systems. Publishing one number would mean overcharging simple projects or under-scoping complex ones. After a discovery call we quote a precise, fixed figure.
Is there a minimum engagement?
We take on pilots deliberately sized to prove value — typically a single assistant, channel or workflow with clear success metrics. If the pilot doesn't earn the expansion, you keep what was built and walk away informed.
What do the usage costs look like?
Usage costs come from model API calls, telephony minutes (for voice) and WhatsApp conversation fees (billed by Meta). During scoping we model these against your expected volumes so the monthly figure holds no surprises, and we engineer continuously to keep unit costs falling.
Do you offer ongoing support and optimisation?
Yes — every monthly plan includes monitoring, weekly conversation reviews in the early phase, retraining as your content changes, and a named contact. AI assistants are living systems; shipping and forgetting is how they decay.
